If the merchandise is in stock, it is usually proccessed and shipped within 2 business days. EveningShawlsandScarves.Com will let you know via email if the merchandise you have selected is available or not. We will give you an expected shipping time of the merchandise. All orders are subject to credit approval. We deliver via UPS, Fedex, or USPS for PO Boxes, APO and FPO. The standard shipping cost via UPS Ground will be FREE for the United States and Canada only .

Let us package your gifts in our beautiful gift boxes. If you wish, a gift card with your personal message can accompany each gift.

Return Policy:

Dear costumer, We realize when buying online, your computer screen may not show exactly the same colors as ours. Therefore, we have decided to offer an easy Returns and Exchange policy. You can return anything you buy from us for any reason within 7 days after receiving your shipment.

There will be no questions asked, and we will refund your money (except for the shipping and handling cost which is $10 for UPS ground and USPS and $20 for express mail), or exchange any item upon receipt.

You must return it in the condition and packing you had received it in (with the label). We will not accept to refund or exchange an item that has clearly been used, washed, smell like perfume or smoke.

You are responsible for the postage cost of the return, and we recommend you use a certified postal service since we cannot be responsible for items that get lost en route.

If you are in a hurry, and want to exchange something quickly, you can place a new order and then send the other item back for a refund.
